What you're buying

flextax.lol sells one thing: a position on a public list, for the current weekly cycle, priced at $5 per unit. Paying more moves you higher on the list. That is the entire product. It is not a prize, a contest entry, a raffle, a wager, a donation, or an investment, and no outcome of using this site carries any monetary value beyond the placement itself.

How it works

• The board ranks paid filers by total amount paid during the current weekly period, ties settled by whoever paid first.
• Books close every Sunday at 00:00 UTC. The top three filers from that week are recorded permanently in the archive. Every balance then returns to zero and a new week begins.
• The first ten people to pay hold charter seats, shown as a permanent badge on the board. Seats are not for sale, do not reset, and do not transfer to another person or account.
• A filing streak counts consecutive weeks in which you paid. Missing a week resets the streak to one.

Payment and refunds

• Payments are processed by Stripe. flextax.lol does not see or store your card details.
• All sales are final. Because placement is granted immediately and the underlying product is fully consumed at that moment, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, for being outranked, or because the weekly reset occurred.
• If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We will look into it.

Accounts

An account is created automatically from the email address used at checkout. There is no password. Filing again with the same address restores your name, streak, and any approved mark. Losing access to that email address means losing access to the account; we cannot restore it through any other means of identification.

Names and uploaded marks

• The name and any image you submit appear publicly on the board and in the permanent archive.
• Uploaded marks are reviewed before they appear. We may reject or remove a mark at our discretion, including after approval, without notice.
• You may only upload a mark you own or are authorized to use. Submitting a mark you do not have rights to may result in removal of your listing without refund.
• Do not submit a name or mark that is obscene, harassing, impersonates another person or organization without authorization, or infringes someone else's trademark or copyright.

Conduct

We may remove any listing, refuse service, or close an account at our discretion, particularly in cases of abusive names, fraudulent payment, or attempts to interfere with the operation of the board.

No warranty

This site is provided as-is, as a novelty product, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, that the board will reflect payments instantly, or that any particular ranking will be maintained for any length of time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
